90 seconds & you’ll feel better

Sometimes we need to take time out from our busy lives; just stop for 90 seconds that’s all it requires and relax. Forget about every meaningless thing and let our thoughts spill. Let our minds float away to a place where our lives stop for a moment and we sit in quiet, no technology to distract us. We float away to a place which is ours, which no one else can experience but only us, a place we should visit frequently; not only when life’s already turned into one big jumbled mess.
Take 90 seconds out of your day and try this:


Let every other meaningless thing go, you don’t need it.
90 seconds really isn’t that long but trust me afterwards you’ll feel better especially if you’re stressed or suffer from anxiety.
